The self-adhesive door sealing rail stops drafts and icy cold and saves energy costs (up to 40%). You do not need any screws or nails for fastening. The superior adhesive technology from tesa ensures a long-lasting and strong hold of the aluminum rail. Uneven gaps are completely sealed by nylon bristles, with a sprung suspension allowing active leveling. With the innovative adhesive solution, you also protect yourself from dust and noise. Please note that the long-lasting adhesive performance can only be guaranteed if the door sealing rail is attached to a smooth surface that is free of grease, dust and dirt. Therefore, you should thoroughly clean the door frame with a conventional cleaning agent before use and let it dry well (note: cleaning agents with a water repellent effect can impair the adhesive power). You should also be aware that the rail cannot be removed without residue due to the high-performance adhesive layer, especially sensitive surfaces (e.g. glass doors). For assembly you need: tape measure, hand saw, pliers and pencil. Note: The dimensions of the unpacked rail are 100 x 4 cm. The product dimensions refer to the rail including packaging and are 100 x 7.
